Abstract Submission
THE CALL FOR ABSTRACTS IS CLOSED
Presentation Proposal –
To take part in the conference, authors must submit:
- an extended abstract of approximately 1000-1500 words
- a 300-word abstract for the conference web site and booklet
Authors should submit the abstracts before January 10, 2026 February 1, 2026.
After the conference all the authors of accepted proposals are entitled to submit a complete paper for the proceedings to be sent to Matteo Costa (matteo.costa@uniroma1.it).
Symposia Proposal (intended for approx. 4-5 presentations)
Please send a 2-page symposium proposal byJanuary 10, 2026 February 1, 2026.

Registration
Every participant must pay the registration fees (see below) and complete this form to register for the conference.
For early registration, participants should complete the form before March 10, 2026
For late registration, participants should complete the form before April 15, 2026

Fees
The registration fee covers participation in all MBR conference sessions and includes access to the social dinner.
Early Registration (before March 10, 2026):
- Standard: €250
- PhD students and independent researchers: €150
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students: €60
Late Registration (before April 15, 2026):
- Standard: €300
- PhD students and independent researchers: €200
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students: €75
Additional Options:
- One-day attendance: €100
- Social dinner only: €45
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A €75 administrative fee will be applied to cancellations made before May 22, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.
